This was the best experience we have ever had in buying any new car.

We had actually visited the dealer closer to our home (Schumacher) and found the attitude to be elitist and inflexible. The dealer acted as though they were doing us a favor and that we were lucky to be in their showroom.

So we drove across town to Phoenix Motor Company and met Tino Ferrulli. We instantly felt that we could trust him. He was warm and accommodating and he made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. We purchased the car that day right off the floor. We hadn't planned to buy the car that day, we were just looking. But it "felt right."

All of our questions were answered and even though we probably stayed past closing time, we never had a sense that we were being rushed. NOTHING was too much trouble for Tino and his team.

We could have driven it home that night but chose to leave the car for a special coating to be applied to the windows. When we came back to pick it up, Anita Agnerian went over all the systems with us, programmed the radio with our favorite stations, set up the cell phone interface for us and ensured that we were happy and comfortable with everything before we drove away.

Even though this dealership is many miles away from our home we will certainly buy our next car there. Having peace of mind that we can trust the dealer is worth more to us than anything else when buying a new car.

This is my 3rd vehicle that my wife and I have purchased from PMC....the service each time has been absolutely perfect! Greg Ring has been our personal sales person on each purchase and he is truly a wonderful person. He treats us with respect, kindness and sincerity. He is not known as a salesperson to us...he's more of a friend that we see every 3 years or so! Our 6 year old daughter is also fond of him. He is honest and trustworthy and has the best interest of his customers, or at least us, at heart. He does follow up calls on every one of our purchases and always ask how the family is doing. We also purchased another vehicle from a different dealership and we could definitely tell the difference. PMC is truly an outstanding dealership!

Orlando Cadiz in finance is just as personable as Greg and we truly appreciate the fact that as soon as he is ready with the ppwk, it literally takes less than 10 minutes to go through it. He is very efficient and improves the either buying process by being ready with the necessary ppwk. He does go thru page by page, what each document means and he ensures that we understand what we're getting ourselves into. A true professional without the pressure of upselling us potentially un-necessary add-on.

Gordon, our service advisor is just a great person who is easy to deal with and makes sure that we understand we service is needed to our vehicle. Always accommodating to our service needs.

The service bays/area are always clean and the staff is friendly. I recommend Phoenix Motor Company to anyone in the market for a high end vehicle, you will not be disappointed.

Great straight forward experience. There was nothing I would change about this experience. The sales rep Tino Ferrulli valued my time, and my financial goals, and I would invite any woman to deal with Tino. He listened to my needs, and my budget, and put everything together in less then 2 hours total. His assistant Anita explained everything on the car to me in simple terms. I honestly know more about my new car than I did about the car I had previously for 5 years. The car buying experience can be horrible for a single woman, but this was actually a lot of fun. I love my car, and the experience. I will absolutely get my next car from Tino & Anita.

The best dealership experience I have ever had---bar none. I give Tino Ferrulli and his assistant Anita the highest possible recommendation. I called Tino yesterday after dealing with another local Mercedes dealership just to see if Phoenix Motor Company could beat the price I was being quoted for a new 2012 C-250. Tino worked the numbers and got back to me with a price on a car that was several thousand less than what I had been quoted earlier and was for a much better equipped model. That would have been reason enough to be happy but when I arrived at the dealership I was anticipating the regular routine you have to go thru. There was none of that. Tino had the car ready and his assistant explained all the features and even set up my bluetooth and loaded the contacts from my cell phone into the car. Even better, when Tino learned I was a USAA member he followed up with USAA and was able to re-run the deal so I was able to get a special promotion giving me prepaid maintenance on my new Mercedes at basically the same cost. The whole process, even dealing with finance took me less than one hour. Everyone was courteous, professional and actually treated me well. Even though I bought a C-250, I was treated like I was coming in for a top of the line SLS or something. I usually don't write these recommendations but these guys deserve it.
