It's sad that this needs to be said. I've always been a passionate Papa John's customer until the last year. Beware of the quality of product, the service (have you ever received a COLD pizza? It's disgusting... and they don't care!), and their attitude. I have been shocked more than 3 times now and refuse to use them. Buyer Beware... there are many pizza joints out there that would love to actually SERVE you piping hot delicious pizza... so try them NOW!
Pros: Still a good dipping sauce... but you can make your own!!
Cons: COLD PIZZA... good the day after but not the time you order it.

Papa John's Pizza is a wonderful pizza place and their food is just delicious. Also their phone girls are very sweet. I look forward to ordering their pizza every week.
