Upper Edge - Andrew is the best!. For almost 3 years now I have been going to the Upper Edge. Andrew is the owner and is the best! I can tell him what I want and he never fails to give me exactly what I want. I recommended him to a friend and when she went back to work people thought she had a makeover. Color and cut is his specialty. I still get compliments.
