I love walgreens. Walgreens is so great I get my prescriptions so fast its awesome. Customer service is great very one is so friendly.

Rude staff, Unreliable service. I definitely do NOT recommend this pharmacy on Central and Osborn. My two encounters with the pharmacy staff were horrible. I dropped of my prescription along with my phone and email. They had me wait almost 2 hours even though they said it would be ready after 30 minutes. After an hour and a half, I asked them if it was ready, and they said the medication was not available, and they had to order it. Thanks for letting me know sooner. They said they would call when it was available. I waited and waited. I did not receive a call as to when my medication was ready. When I finally called to check if my medication was ready, it had been placed back in stock because nobody picked it up after 7 days! How could I pick it up when nobody called me when they said they would! The pharmacy tech on the phone was so rude and hanged up on me after I thanked him for the infomation and said I would come back AGAIN the next day (nearly 1 month later) to pick it up. As a prescribing physician myself, I would also not recommend this pharmacy to my patients.…
