Horrific!. I am completely appalled at the atrocious service Valley Towing provides. My car was towed based on expired plates, but I had sitting in my dashboard, a 30 day extension. The lady claimed to not of seen it. I?m not sure if her eye sight is as horrific as her hair, but the paper was in the dashboard. I went to pick my car up and she was just standing there with a blank stare on her face. I demanded for my car, plus reimbursement because I was missing work to correct their mistake. Some guy escorted me to my car, and laughed when he saw my 30 day in the dashboard. I finally got my car out 4 hours later. I was never reimbursed so now I?m calling the corporation. Their lack of professional people is not my problem, and I spent a day listening to their shenanigans. I could have had a better time arguing with a brick wall.
