totally they are a scam i will never go back there and also ill tell all my friends. at first they seem so cool but they did not took care of anything and they keep adding more things but always there is sum thing for free. bummer

Caveat Emptor --- Buyer Beware. Warning! This place is a scam!!

I have known this place for years, and I cannot in good conscious recommend them to anyone. They re-sell used parts as new, and will salvage equipment off your computer to be resold, or to complete other customers service orders. The owner will lie to you and will tell you anything to make a deal. He will promise you a time when your work will be completed, but never fulfill the promises- unless you are spending upwards of a thousand dollars or more. They require all transactions to be cash, which makes me wonder if this is for their benefit and protection. What kind of recourse do you have with cash? None.

Whats worse, if you buy a system from them- good luck with warranty service. If its a small fix- no problem. But if it requires them to purchase additional parts to complete your repair- you will wait months before your stuff is fixed- if it is fixed at all.

Additionally, this place is never open when they say they are. I frequently find notes taped to their door saying that they are closed for power outages, inventory, sickness, or whatever. APS frequently shuts off their power for non-payment, as well as Cox Communications. So if you try to call them and cant get through, odds are that the power is shut off, their internet is shut off, or their phone provider has shut them off too.

Keep all your receipts from them, as it is the ONLY proof of anything from them. If the owner promises you anything- DEMAND it in writing, before you part with you equipment or money.

The best place to buy Goodwill computer is from Goodwill- not WIZE Computers.

Best place for computer service, parts or replacements. Have used these guys for years. Totally trust them. They guarantee the work, the parts and at rates anyone can afford. Will even check things out for FREE while others charge just to look at your system.

Every issue I have had has been addressed politely, professionally and with humor...especially when it was operator error.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for honest and affordable service, upkeep or upgrading of your computers.

WIZE computers are awesome!!!. i am on my third computer from WIZE. years of great service. two of the 3 still work. my 1st one quit working and i took in into the store. it was there a couple of days. they found a tiny resistor on the side of a hard drive that had burned out. there had been a lightning storm that weekend. so i bought a rated surge protector. now i am looking at having them put all my computers onto my own home network. i will be able to have my computer call my phone. my phones display will then show me feed from my cameras at home, all through a computer they first charged me ???$180.00 for!!! wize computers is awesome!!!!

Best Computer repair....anywhere...the Wize Guys. WOW... Can't say enough great things about Warren , Rob and Kristen. I went in with a laptop that would turn on, but, you couldn't see anything on the screen. The answer was a simple transistor and bulb. NO BULLSHIT...no fooling around. Just bing, bong, boom. Done. Best of all it's GTD for a year, parts and labor. They also ran a full diagnostic on it for no additional charge and guess what....found nothing else wrong with the machine. Now when can you say that ever happens to you....like NEVER. No extra selling, no up selling. Just here is what's wrong, we can fix it, great price (half of what I was quoted else where), and a great GTD to boot.

Added hard drive. When the hard drive in my Dell machine ran out of space, I took the machine to Wize. They added an additional 40Gb drive and cleaned up the machine for a very reasonable price.

Why go anywhere else for PC doctoring?. WOW, I consider myself a personal friend of Warren's (owner) so this may be a bit biased. I am a single mother of 3 with a budget! Warren treats me like a person, not like a number. He knows my name when I walk in and asks genuine questions about my family! I have taken several different computers to him for repair and have purchased a couple from him. He's MORE than fair with his prices, he's competitive, and he won't take advantage of you with excuses! He's very easy to work with and knows his PC stuff! Rob is excellent with repairs and will let you know what the issue is and how to prevent it the next time!!

If you have computer issues - take it to the WIZE guys!

making amends. At first I blamed them for not having a working computer after bringing it home, which im sure alot of people do. Heres what I found out after having a long talk with the owner. He explained that there is a lot that gets missed when getting your computer fixed. I first did agree that I could have payed a little more attention when dropping it off, he really did spend alot of time explaining all the possible problems and cures. There was no gharge to look at it and the remady was more than competitive. What they did was take my hard drive that was beyond file repair, make it a second drive and then put a new drive in so I would have a new windows and be able to keep my old data (always always backup) when I got the computer back and saw that there was no sign of my stuff (the way I was used to seeing it) I was furious. so I went back to Wize computers and threw a fit. The owner I forget his name, waited for me to finish and said simply theres a lot to explain. Lets start at the beginning, first the new hard drive is only a new Windows. this icon on your desktop is a link to your old data. Second, we cleaned your data for you but your original windows could not have been fixed so now you have to reinstall all of your old programs. When you do your data will automaticaly open with the apropriate program. We will help you if necesary. At which point it became very clear to me that they had told me exactly that whenI dropped it off. Needless to say Ive done more business with them. They are thourogh. good prices (the new hard drive, new windows on the drive and cleaned my data 175.00. I checked, thats about 150.00 lower than anybody else on average) I saw those other reviews. Im not sure what they missed but from now on I will spend the time for their knowalge and my questions. Now days there is so much more to computers than when i used my trs80 to write letters. Thank you Thank you to Wize computers we gave each other the time to work it out you guys are great

amazing service!!!. i got my computer fixed about 13 times now and it always works perfectly! everyone should give this place a try!

the owner was amazing and as nice as can be! he presented himself very professionally.
