Go for the buffet. I would have to say that this is one of the better Indian buffets I have had in Phx. I only go to the buffets.

Cheated-BEWARE!. The first time i dined at this restaurant i had a good experience. The next time i placed and order to go over the phone. When i walked in an indian young lady in the front who spoke good english saw i pulled up in a nice car and i do have nice jewelry.

My food was ready. The server from the last time i was there recognized me and placed the food in front of me. They were not busy but she made me sit and wait for her to ring me up. She must have re calculated the tab at that time. Then she called me up avoided eye contact with me and told me the bill. I thought it was over priced and asked what did i order? She said the BASIC basmati rice was 4.99. I knew it could not be true however did not speak up. I paid my tab and as soon as i got home checked the menu online. The rice is a mere 1.99. I feel as though i have been violated.

Im not sure if she is the owner or just someone who works there but i will definatley not be back to be cheated some more...

Good Food. The food is usually good, have been to this restaurant few times with family and friends. The only problem I had was on the tip, I tipped the waiter and he said this is not acceptable, it needs to be at least 20%, not even 15%, the last time I checked "tips" are not supposed to be mandatory, at least not in this restaurant. Anyways I think it was just a bad waiter, otherwise food is good (most of the time).

best chicken tikka masala in the whole world. the delhi PALACE is the best restaurant according to me every thing was excellant the ambiance service and the food . i like to give this restaurant as a best 5star cattegiry.

Worst Service of any Indian restaurant. Yes, the horror stories are true. The service at this restaurant can be unbearable. They take a long time just to seat you and then it can take another 15 minutes before they take your order. Then be prepared to wait 30-1 hour to just get your food. Their vegetable sabji's were uncooked. Ther dum aloo had raw potatoe and their palak paneer was burnt.

JUST AWESOME ALL AROUND. Great food - delicious, hot n fresh, variety - we lucked out - 3 desserts ( gulab jamun, halwa

and rice pudding). The chicken curry was perfect - authentic and not a hotch potch of spices,v v tasty gravy;each of the vegetarian dishes had their own unique flavour fr the lentils to the spinach to the dry potatoes to the mix veg korma - a refreshing change from other establishments that use the same paste/base for all these dishes. The staff was extremely proactive - replenishing items in the buffet , picking up our used plates in seconds, refilling drinks promptly. Gentleman named Sunny particularly stood out - warm and v efficient. The place was packed Tues @ 1:15 - definitely see why - this calibre of meal at under 8 bucks !!!

Great experience, great food. I am staying on business at a hotel close to the airport. I called in a to-go order. I ordered the Shahi Indian Meal for $17.99 - everything was incredible on this dinner. They had the food wrapped very well for me transport back to the hotel. Included even dinnerware and plastic utensils for me. The wait staff even carried my to go package to the car. Very nice staff. Best service I have had anywhere in years. Great food as well. All was yummy!

sunday buffet not worth the price. This applies to the Sunday Buffet:

- most dishes lack of authentic spices or flavorings

- not much variety of dishes - can't believe there were no curry dishes in the buffet

- chicken masala uses yesterday's tandori chicken meat

- tandori chicken was cold and not warm enough for serving

- no idea how long the food was sitting on the buffet table; could have been hours and hours

- deceptive pricing on the buffet; what you are told is the price is not what you will end up paying; total rip off for a buffet of this quality

- you have to be a fool to eat here
