I had the privilege of visiting the Heard during the Native American Craft Fair in early March. Visiting the museum and seeing the exquisite artifacts gave me a true picture of Native American culture: its diversity, complexity, compassion and beauty. I think it's a MUST-SEE for all of us who grew up watching westerns and getting a totally wrong impression of America's first nation. In addition, the facility itself is gorgeous: scultpures, fountains, gardens. A perfect, perfect place.
Pros: Inexpensive, Good Parking, Well designed
