Crowds of couples, teenagers and parents with toddlers press up against the long refrigerated display case at this dessert chain, where a variety of ice creams, frozen yogurts and sorbets are made in-store daily. Customers choose flavors like sweet cream, cake batter or banana, add mix-ins--ranging from candy bar chunks and Gummi bears to hot fudge and peanut butter--then servers mash it all together on a frozen slab of granite.

You've GOT to be kidding. There is ZERO flavor in the ice cream - NONE. Store bought ice cream tastes better. Whoever gives this a positive rating is too lazy to go out and find good tasting ice cream.

Cold Stone - Best Quality. Cold Stone Creamery at the Arizona Center is by far the best ice cream I have ever had!!!! We had a wonderfull time eating and went home happy.

Not so great. I think the ice cream is ok, but I've had much better. I personally prefer Nielsen's frozen custard. The ice cream is so creamy and you can as many mix-ins as you like!

Expensive and not worth it. I can't understand the appeal of these places.

The ingredients they mix in are not necessary for a good ice cream.

Delicious. Cold Stones Ice Cream is delicious.....but the price is anything but. Four small waffle bowls for $15 bucks is too much. Sorry Guys.

Got the Win Stone Cold. What can I say about this place but, MMmmmmmmm! The base level Ice Cream is smooth and rich. The mix-ins, cones, and cups are always great. Service is always with a smile and there are even low fat/sugar options. 2 thumbs UP!

Yum, Yum, Yum. This creamery served a great treat. The sweet cream ice cream is good alone. They offer a ton of mix-ins and waffle cones. Highy recommended

Too Sweet!. The ice cream was too too sweet. After two bites of it, I needed water. I had to throw the rest away because it was too sweet and the portion was too large to finish. If it was less sweet, I probably could have finished it easily.

Mmm, mmm, good.... Service varies...sometimes fantastic, sometimes terrible. Ice cream -- always wonderful. Hint: If you go to Cold Stone and skip the mix-in -- you are missing the point.
