User Reviews for Project Home-Phoenix

5 Star Rating: Highly Recommended

Project HOME has a very large and diverse client base. As with any business, mistakes will occur from time to time due to human error. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached by working with the staff, then complaints can and should be directed through the Social Security Administration. They will determine the validity of the complaint and investigate accordingly.

Perhaps the most distressing issue with regard to this "service provider" is the seemingly wanton misappropriation of their client's funds (which they are paid for handeling, and entrusted with). I have been paying them to handle my money for several months now. Already they have TWICE sent my rent to someone else's landlord instead of my own!!!! When my eviction notice arrived, they re-paid the correct landlord, however they failed to track down the monies they initially sent to the wrong person!!! Instead they keep telling me that I "have to track it down"! Unfortunately there is no, I repeat, NO avenue for redress offerd at this buisness (i.e, grievance procedures, staffing, conflict res., etc.) Consequently, I have heretofore initiated a complaint with the better buisness bureau and am in the proccess of divorcing myself from the buisness relationship. To surmise, I would simply state the obvious: If you are willing to add confusion and an extra dose of stress and disrespect to your life, while at the same time paying for it, then Project Home is the place for you! PS the above entails only a fraction of what I've had to put up with. I have given the abbreviated version in the interests of time! sincerely yours JC
