JACK IN THE BOX STEALS YOUR MONEY. I ate at the 1802 W. Bell Rd., Phoenix, AZ location, this morning, . The "manager" Chris A., took our order. She ran my card twice, double charging me. When I found out, I went back with my bank online statement showing it as well as my reciept. She wouldn't refund my money. I called corporate and they would not refund my money either. I called my bank and they said they would have to investigate the fraud charge and I would have to fill out and fax back forms and copy of the reciept. Cost of faxing is going to be $15.00 ($1.00 a page). Then, I have to wait while they research it and that can take several weeks !!!! I needed that money for gas TODAY !!! Now I don't have it . DO NOT EAT AT JACK IN THE BOX UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY DOUBLE !!!!!

Are you serious????. I find it hard to believe that this resturant made it to the top 10!!! Come on!! With all the resturants here in AZ why a fast food????

TACO TACOS TACOS. I lived in Phoenix from birth until 20 years old and got excited about every visit. The Jumbo Jack is awesome and only 99cents. However the TACOS are the top of the line with a mixture of meat and beans, lettuce,cheese, and the best sauce ever!! And at a price of 2 for 99cents, it can't be beaten. I got there first when I come to town.

p.s. Did I failed to mention that I worked there when I was sixteen for five months so I know how sanitary it is.

good value for your money. If you are low on cash this is the place to eat without breaking the wallet.

Bargain Burgers. When I'm feeling cheap I go to Jack in the Box and order two burgers with water to drink. These places make their money on fries and soda pop and use their $1 burgers as a loss leader to sell them. For those into a low carb life style, you can get the burgers without the bread and it becomes kind of a hamburger salad. You can request extra lettuce and tomato, and it usually comes without extra charge. For breakfast sometimes I order two eggs, sausage, and bacon (that's all) and it costs a buck fifty.
