I love Tia Rosa!. Tia Rosa has a very interesting menu from the Grilled Salmon Enchiladas in Avocado Sauce, to the delicious chicken burrito made with slow-roasted chicken. Tia's seafood tacos are delicious as well, and they've got a huge menu of salsas to choose from. The Taqueria outside is a good alternative for a fast lunch where you can order the same food as in the restaurant, but its ordered at a counter and fast. Come hungry! My girlfriends and I come here for every birthday, and my mother and I adore sitting on the patio out back. The decore is so great. You feel like you're sitting in the middle of a colorful Mexican village! And the raspberry margarita is to die for.
