INADEQUATE. UNCOMFORTABLE CIRCUMSTANCES -TECHNICIAN STRUGGLED TO ADMINISTER SERVICES. THIS HAD BEEN A GIFT...TO RELAX A PERSON THAT HAS BEEN THROUGH A STRESSFUL YEAR. THIS EXPERIENCE DID NOT DELIVER. THIS IS A REFLECTION ON NORDSTROM...NOT THE STAFF.
