Jamba what?.
Any resemblence between Redfish's Jambalaya and the real stuff is purely coincidential. Went there for lunch today---the luncheon special was Jambalaya or something that was supposed to resemble Jambalaya. NOT even close! ALSO GROSSLY OVERPRICED! Shrimp was overcooked and tough, chicken was processed junk, rice was hard as bee-bee's, no flavor, no color, no spices, nothing. Asked for "Crystal Sauce" to try to give it some life- no luck! They make McDonalds look like a Gourmet Restaurant! They should take the money they spend on the giveaway beads and use it to buy their cooks Cajun Cookbooks!
