It's a steak-and-seafood restaurant that reflects the owner's Milanese roots, St. Louis upbringing and New York sensibilities. The idea came out of the blue, which explains both
the name and the minimalist, stark-white decor accented with pale blue neon, hanging halogen lamps in icy pastels. A glass screen embedded with bubbles that changes color every 30 seconds. Nice Place - A Bit on the Senior Side. Have only been there once, on a Thursday night, but it was full of blue hair. Food was good, nice-looking restaurant. Will have to try it again.
JL. The food and service are consistently top notch. The orange roughy is the best I have ever had any place in the country and the cheesecake is to die for.
