In Short – Planted in a strip mall that caters to the college crowd, the Pita Jungle draws hungry hordes of ASU students who come for the bustling atmosphere as much as the food. Come for big salads, veggie burgers, pita wraps, and wood-fired pizzas--many of which are given a Middle Eastern slant. Do try the Mediterranean shawarma (marinated and grilled chicken served with lettuce, tomato and onion in pita), the lentil fattoush (a rice and lentil salad with greens, cukes, tomatoes, onions and Middle Eastern spices) or the chicken pasta salad (made with marinated and grilled chicken).
good spot for great food
by FlashingZoey
This place is in a hidden location, but offers a great menu and is veg friendly! Service was great and so was the food. Pita Jungle was a perfect mix of middle east meets mediteranean meets healthy. We will happily go back to this place again!

Visited twice I love the atmosphere, nothing wild completely comfortable and relaxing. Falafel very good my girlfriend loves the hummus and the herbs and spices pizza w/ chicken is fantastic. On top of that the lemonade is great!
very tasty babaganoush
by galynav
Given the price range, this place seemed to be very good. Chicken shawrma was juicy and I really enjoyed eat. Babaganoush tastes exactly the way it is supposed to taste. the staff also was very friendly; they were supposed to close at 10pm, but I stayed there till 10:20 and did not see any sign of trying to keep the customers away (no dimmed light, upside down chairs, etc.)
