In Short – The 22,000-square-foot spa features numerous outdoor retreat areas and cascading whirlpools. Men's and ladies' private locker rooms include dry saunas, wet steams, whirlpools and power showers. Expect all the usual cushy perks: robe, slippers and towels and complimentary fruits and teas. Indulge in a variety of massages including an outdoor garden massage, a full-body maternity massage and a reflexology treatment. Salon services stretch beyond the usual cuts and colors to include revitalizing scalp and hair treatments.
Needs a Remodel and not worth the $$

I took my mom to this spa for her birthday. We were ready for a relaxing and tranquil experience at a very expensive and what we thought was one of the best spas in Scottsdale. Boy were we surprised! You enter the spa from the public pool area (not tranquil), the women's locker rooms were dingey, crowded, and had several broken sinks, you wait in a busy "holding area" between treatments, and to top it all off, the spa shares entrances and hallways with the busy gym. My advice: save your $$$ and go to a more upscale and relaxing spa.
- Cons: Crowded, Run Down
Disappointed
by linettea
Overall I was disapointed at this spa. Prices were higher than some spas than I had been to, but after all this is the Biltmore. When I arrived I found the envionment to be bland and disharmonious. Staff didn't seem to go that extra mile one would expect from the Biltmore staff.
