Destiny's Bride

Excellent customer service!!!. At first I was hesitant to go to a bridal shop in Scottsdale because I had heard horrible reviews of some other stores. However, Destiny's Bride and Linda (store manager) were wonderful! I tried on a number of dresses and found one I liked best. However, I was torn between this dress and one I had tried on at another store. We actually showed Linda the picture of the dress at the other store and after looking at it she was like...oh, that's the dress for you! I was so surprised...I never would have thought someone working in the bridal industry would actually recommend me to another store and lose the sale. I was so incredibly appreciative! She helped me make my decision in a split second and I was so grateful (not to mention she saved me $1000). I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Destiny's Bride! I definitely recommend it!…

AMAZING DRESSES. AMAZING SERVICE. We arrived as the last appointment on a Saturday. You'd think after a day of handling brides, girls, mothers and ten thousand heavy dresses the ladies at Destiny would be tired and cranky and barely in the mood to help me try on dresses. But that was not what we experienced...it was a purely magical, delightful experience. Our helper was Linda and after she got the lowdown on my preferences, wedding plans and ideas, she helped us pick out some great dresses. She was real, honest, sweet and very helpful. I never felt rushed or not listened to. When I wanted to add a veil to a look in the mirror to get the full effect, she didn't just plop a combed veil in my head and walk away. She pinned up my hair how I had envisioned it and carefully placed the veil on my head.

The other ladies there were great too and we left feeling just wonderful and pampered and special.

PLEASE don't go to those disgusting cheap bridal shops where they treat you like cattle. You don't deserve that when you are just trying to find the perfect everything for your special day. Go to Destiny Bridal!…

Nothing but Wonderful. In no way is there anyone in the state that has anything on Destiny's Bride! They have an incredible store, wonderful, friendly & knowledgable staff & the best selections you will ever see! I see that some may have not been able to feel like these people are trying very hard but trust me, that is rare for them. They want to cater to ANYONE in the store Large purchase or teeeny tiny! They understand it is all about the "expirience"!!!

Unless this staff reccomends you to try another store for something you are looking for, beware. They know all the good people out there in the wedding world! If you find yourself waiting a little longer than you would like once you get there, cut them a break, I am sure it is only because they are pretty busy! They can only do so much girls!

Little hint...try making an appointment on the weekdays, it is much less crowded!

Poor customer service.. I was looking for gloves to go with my dress and thought they would have a variety selection. I was wrong, not only was the lady too busy to help me she did not even show me any examples of gloves! This might have been a minimal sale for them, but those "small" accessories are just as important to me for my wedding day. If you are looking for details and perfection for your big day, this is not the place.…
