Wine Crotch wasn't on the Menu....
What would you 'expect' from a factory that makes Cheesecake, when a glass of Wine gets broken in front of you & spilled all in your lap?
The waiter Mark & Mgr. apologized for my 'Wine Crotch', but I was rather let down & disappointed after getting my FULL 84.00 + dollar bill. [...and 'Yes' Mark still got his full 'Tip']
Mgr forgot to give me her card [as she offered earlier], didn't bring up an offer for a free slice of cheesecake, nothing... EVEN after walking out the front door, and pointing out another 'Hazard' of butter being on the floor... guess she was enjoying her time giggling with the 3 other hostesses, and forgot all about me.
Uneventful food, mediocre service at best, forgetful Mgr.... just make sure you bring good friends for the fun, and watch out for Wine Crotch, it's not printed on any menu!
customers read this please. i have been an employee at four restaraunts in the past 3 yrs and have seen alot of integrity, loyalty, and heart not be put into the food or customer experience at the restaraunts i have worked at. i just recently became an employee at the Cheesecake Factory, less that 6 months ago n overall i have hated my experience there not because of the things listed above but because they do care so much. the all white uniforms u see us wearing, do you honestly think they bought n e thing else besides the apron, no they didnt we did and do every month. we buy wash n have to maintain, as servers, every part of our uniform. make it wrinkle free and presentable to you people. the food follows inspection before being removed from the line and sent 2 your table. but instead of 3 meals being sent out 2 your table they send 27 food items out to 7 tables that they hand check 2 make sure its the way you want it. so stop ur bitching about how long it takes 2 get your food. n as for the wait in the restaraunt, why do you think its there? its because over the years cheesecake factory has been made famous by the level of service, great tasting food and cheesecakes, and the overall atmosphere the restaraunt provides. people enjoy coming 2 the cheesecake facctory, because they care so much about you. so the next time u get mad for waiting so long just remember why u chose that restaraunt in the first place. 30 min is not that much, an hour is pushing it for me as well, but the food is again, well worth it. so stop your bitching people n get over yourselves. as employees, i know its hard 2 fathom for u people, but we do actually care about our jobs, and try to make you happy n comfortable. n also remember this is still a business, an upperclass business, we are still trying to make money. it is expensive but u dont come here for cheap food u come her for the portions, the flavors, n the vast menu options the cheesecake factory provides 2 u the customer. well thats all for now!!
Take your head out of your butt.. It's losers that come into these restaurants that make it a horrible experience. All you whiny people that find anything possible to complain about. Portions are too big, I have too much to choose from, do everyone a favor and don't go out in public. Regardless of anything going on you can always find something to complain about. The problem with these restaurants is that no one in their right mind wants to make $3.00 an hour to put up with the ridiculous needs of hundreds of people a day. Everyone in this industry is bending over backwards to help you out and the majority of people in any restaurant at any given time are ungreatful, cheap, and probably can't afford to eat anywhere other than Denny's.
Decadent cheesecakes and classic American cuisine makes this a popular chain..
In Short
Faux-rustic finishes and colorful light fixtures abound at this almost always crowded chain. The thick-as-a-book menu features Americanized versions of worldly cuisines--Mexican, Vietnamese, Italian, Thai--but succeeds best with American classics. Burgers are a good choice, especially the ""Roadside Sliders,"" mini burgers served as appetizers. The myriad cheesecakes are over-the-top in concept and decadence. You'll leave full, with leftovers.
GREAT 1ST DATE. THIS MENU IS FULL OF BASICS PREPARED IN NEW AND INTERESTING WAYS, DEFINITELY SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE.
Not horrid, but........... When Cheesecake Factory opened in Scottsdale, the food and service were good. The longer it's been open, the worse it's become. The last time I was there, will indeed be the last time. The food was lousy and the service non-existent. For their prices, each table should have it's own server, bending over bacward to make sure you are totally satisfied. Typical of the yuppie generation, quality means nothing. They have a birthright to steal your money and give you very little in return. This chain will soon be gone.
Consistently quality meals.
Certain dishes are exceptional. The worst dishes are still above average.
Try the Shrimp Poor Boy sandwich and the Tex Mex Egg Rolls
