Best service in Scottsdale, and any Nordstrom I've been to!

I am a huge fan of this store, not just Nordstrom but at Fashion Square in Scottsdale!! I've been shopping there since 2002 and cannot think of another place to shop in Scottsdale. The service is amazing, it is never rare to have your salesperson go out of their way to find exactly what you want - they even know what is sold in other departments to complete your look, I went in there looking for a cool look to go out at night and they asked where I was going and suggested some awesome item I didn't think of getting. They even brought me an awesome Ben Sherman jacket from suits and I took that too. I even love shopping this store with friends, even girls who love to shop for shoes and have too many as it is... the sales people in every department know whats hot and give amazing service every time I'm in there. I think I'm in there too often, but oh well-- take my money Nordstrom!! NO PROBLEM!! If you are visiting the Scottsdale area, this Nordstrom will WIN you over!!!

Great Lunch Selection!

Offers a wide range of menu and dessert selctions. A nice place to grab a bite while you're out shopping for Christmas presents! The manager walked out with dessert sampler because the line while we were in line....a nice way to distract us from rememberinghow long we had to stand line.
- Pros: Great lunch at a mall location.
- Cons: You may have to wait in line.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Purchased a perfume for my wife - Armani Code - lady at the counter spotted me approaching the section, greeted me, found me the appropriate size, rang me up, gift wrapped it and had me on my way in 4 minutes flat. Also, the best selection of Zegna ties ( in my opinion better than Barneys on Wilshire in BH, Ca)- got two really nice colors and patterns - great saleslady again !!!
