A complete joke, don't waste your $$$. Who would have known after spending a few hundred on a table you would end up with a table not even large enough to hold drinks for 4 people and a section that didn't even provide elbow room without being bumped into by people from the next table over... then when 1 person wearing 5" heels trips over a step without even falling, we are told she can't come back in! Axis Radius is a joke!

HORRIBLE. Really BAD Bday. My boyfriend paid for a VIP table. There were 4 of us and after drinking half the bottle we left the table with 4 glasses on it, 1/2 a bottle and my cousins purse (yes I know, the smart). We danced for awhile and when we returned to the table it had been completely cleared. I found the waitress and asked where the h#%& our stuff was. She was completely RUDE and grabbed my arm and started shaking me in front of everyone. I went to the manager and found him to be even more RUDE than the waitress which I didn't think could be possible. My cousin is out her purse and nobody cared. My boyfriend spent $300 for a very bad time and we didn't even get to drink the bottle. I called the police for being manhandled but by the time they arrived the club was closed so I had no witnesses. My boyfriend was told he would be reimbursed but that never happened. IT WAS AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Beware, pay for the VIP and then they clear you out while dancing.

I hate this place. The staff is attractive of course, because it is a bar in Scottsdale. No bar owner who is smart hires ugly people anyway. However, they are not required to a) give a crap b) provide good service or c) keep their boobs in their shirt. The waitresses only serve men and don't even bother talking to the women. It is just another annoying Scottsdale club.

Bad B-day. To Whom it may concern... (I was visiting from LA)

Last night (Saturday, June 12 2010) I had V.I.P. service reserved for my birthday. I have NEVER been as disappointed as I was with the service at your club. When I arrived, the security at the main entrance was completely rude to me. I was not given the table in the upper level of the XXXXXX club as requested. I understand that there was another V.I.P. event taking place in the lower level; however the table we had arranged wouldn’t have interfered with the event taking place. After we didn’t get the table we had arranged, the time it took for your staff to fix the problem was unacceptable. I was told it would only take 30 minutes. An hour passes by and still I had not heard from the staff. I went and spoke with the staff again at which time I was told it would be another hour before I would receive my V.I.P service at which time it would have been 11:00 pm. I had to argue my way with the staff which then gave me a table at the other club where I didn’t want to be at in the first place, but was informed that my party would be moved to the original club. Well, our table never got moved and we were at the other club the whole night. During the events of the night to include coming and going from the other club, I was given a hard time by the security on multiple occasions to include going to the restrooms. On top of all this, the waitress assigned to our area had to constantly be reminded about making drinks for my party members. Instead, she was seen multiple times talking to the bartenders, Dj’s or the security. On a positive note, when asked to take care of an issue, she responded as necessary. Overall I was very disappointed with the quality of service offered at your club and the empty promises made by your administration staff who stated that there would be balloons, a table in a certain area, a cake which I did end up receiving after asking for it. If this is the kind of V.I.P. birthday package you all offer, you might want to revise your standard operating procedures.

Great weekend spot!. Great place to go if you love to dance! Good music and fun people. A very fun environment to get your groove on!

Ok. After my friends talked up this place I decided to go with them. It was ok, they played some good music, but it really really busy full of plastic people after a few hours. You couldn't fit out on the dance floor and there was barely any place to sit. And the bathroom!? forget about it, there were so many girls in there I had to stand in line forever. Probably will only go there once in a long while.

Axis Closed on Friday night. This place has grown stale and it is now suffering for it. On a recent Friday night, the Axis side of the place was closed. Only a handful of people appeared to be at Radius. One of the old draws of the place was it was two dinstictive places in the same place. It was cool to go back and forth. Now there is no back and forth. Last time I was there was in March and the atmosphere was the same it has been for years - just with 50% less people. Unless they close it and revamp it, save your cover charge for somewhere else with more people and more fun.

Awesome Hot Spot. This is a great place for singles to go out and meet people but also a great place for couples to go out and have fun. I've been to a lot of places in many different states and i think that Axis and Radius has an awesome atmosphere, people are great, and the next time I'm in town, I'll be sure to drop in for a great time.

Twin dance clubs deliver double the Saturday night fever in rooms with futuristic decor.. In Short

Really Fun!. Just moved to Phoenix from Texas and this is one of the first places I've been to. It is a great club. Good music on the right side (Radius?) but the dance floor is small. Not sure if it was REALLY crowded but there were enough people there. Drink prices reasonable. Dress code not too bad (you can wear jeans). Had a lot of fun and it is decorated nicely. Good place for a group to go to.
