In Short – Dine where the servers sing. They generally sing about the menu and wine list, but the lyrics are invariably goofy, and the voices operatic. As you might imagine, the atmosphere quite naturally leans toward lively, which makes this a common destination for a first date or a casual celebration dinner. Try the fried calamari, saltimbocca, osso bucco, ravioli and lasagna. The Sandolino dessert (a pastry gondola with fresh berries) makes a great dessert option.
Great place to visit...

The Hyatt at Gainey Ranch (where the restaurant is located) is a beautiful hotel, so of course the restaurant is beautifully decorated too. The servers are actually very good singers, and are prompt and willing to make recommendations. I have loved all the food that I have tried, and the desserts are especially good. This is a great place to celebrate any special occasion, and take advantage of the gondola ride even if there is a wait for it.
Missing a lot....

Our server was extremely slow and not very knowledgeable. I ordered the veal spiedini, which looked lovely but tasted as though the chef dropped a bottle of salt into the dish. I couldn't finish the dish because it was way too salty. Go here for the ambiance and complimentary gondola ride, but don't expect knowledgeable and quick staff, nor very good food.
- Pros: gondola ride
- Cons: staff, food
