Un-Bacio Ristorante at Gainy Ranch and not to be confused with a restaurant of simalar name, and under new ownership, is where my wife (Judy) and I dine three times a month with friends. The owners, Rebel and Joe Pallotti and their son Kyle are usually there meeting their customers in addition to a professional maitre'd.
