Not really my style of theatre. I prefer a little more main stream theater. This isn't your normal Saturday afternoon family theater. I think you have to have unique appreciation for movies to attend this theater on a regular basis.
An art-film temple featuring s a gourmet snack bar..
In Short
This temple to artsy movies is typically filled with an impressive array of far-from-mundane flicks. Alternative films attract a sophisticated crowd that enjoy relaxing in the luxury rockers. It's a home for the independent-film aficionado, a meeting place for the culturally stimulated, and a retreat for those longing for an eclectic selection of foreign films and offbeat releases. But in addition to its atypical flicks, Camelview occasionally features mainstream blockbusters.
More than a U2 Song. Bloody Sunday is more than a U2 song. It is a historical fact. In Ireland January 1972 thousands of British troops clashed with a planed civil rights march. This movie chronicles the day from 2 points of view - Protestant (a march organizer) Catholic (with a Protestant girlfriend). For those who don't know the history the day ended bloody and I won't post the end here. At time the film is hard to watch but it is impossible NOT to. MUST SEE
